Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Preheat the oven to 200°C (bottom/top heat).
Wash and pat the meat dry. Truss if necessary.
Mix together the honey, lemon juice, orange marmalade, thyme, ginger and cayenne pepper to make the marinade.
